JoanJEFFERSONPeacefully in hospital on May 11th surrounded by her loving family, Joan aged 68 years.

Devoted wife of the late Ray, dearly loved mam of Joanne, Debbie and Katherine, dear mother-in-law of Andrew, loving nana of Josh, Alex, Emily-Rae and Jacob, and doting great-nana of Lilly.

Funeral service to be held at St. Francis of Assisi RC Church, Acklam on Thursday May 23rd at 10:45am, prior to interment in Acklam Cemetery.

Friends please meet at church.
